This pandemic has forced many patients and therapists to give Telehealth a try. Thankfully, it is nothing new for us. We started conducting sessions virtually long before COVID-19, and we will continue to make them available long after.
We highly recommend giving virtual therapy a try! Patients are often surprised by how comfortable they feel over video, and many even come to prefer it. Also, in case there is any doubt, most research shows Telehealth to be just as effective as both face-to-face therapy and waiting list control groups. Virtual therapy is easy, convenient, and (most importantly) it works!
